One day, Sam decided/chose/wanted to climb/scale/go up the tallest/biggest/highest tree in the yard/garden/park. He didn't/couldn't/wasn't able to see/realize/understand the danger/risk/peril he was in. As he reached/got to/climbed up to the top, the branch/limb/twig broke/snapped/fell. Sam plummeted/fell/crashed to the ground with a loud/sharp/painful thud/sound/crash.

His New Friend
Sam was having a little down. He hoped to have a new buddy to play with. One day, while he was running in the park, he noticed something different. It was a little being with glowing scales. Sam quietly walked over to the creature and said, "Hello! What's your title?" The creature laughed and told Sam, "I'm Lily!" And so, Sam made a new friend. They spent the rest of the day laughing together.
Sam was so happy to have found a new friend. He knew that he and Lily would be close buddies forever.
